Instructions

Mix phyllo dough with melted ghee or butter. Use a thin layer to coat the bottom of whichever pan you choose to use. Add a mix of all three cheese to the middle until it’s well covered. Top the pan with more phyllo dough until the cheese is covered. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with crushed pistachios and edible rose petals. Drizzle with honey to sweeten right when it comes out of the oven. Enjoy💕
